How we handle your personal information
We treat personal information seriously and only collect what we need to respond to you and provide services. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. If anything is unclear, contact us at info@uforeputation.com.

We do not currently use cookies or third-party tracking scripts on this website. If we add tracking in the future, we will update this policy and request consent where required by law.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and discuss whether we can assist you
- Provide a quote and the services you engage us to perform
- Communicate with you about your engagement (status updates, evidence requests, completion confirmation)
- Maintain our records of completed engagements for tax, audit, and legal purposes
- Comply with our legal obligations
We will not sell your personal information, share it with third parties for advertising purposes, or use it for any purpose unrelated to providing the services you have requested.
4. Legal basis for processing
Where applicable laws (such as the GDPR in the European Union and the United Kingdom, or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) require a legal basis for processing personal information, we rely on:
- Consent — you have voluntarily provided information through our contact form or other communication channels.
- Contractual necessity — we need to use information to perform the engagement you have entered into with us.
- Legitimate interests — we have an interest in operating, securing, and improving our services that is not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligations — we may need to retain or disclose information to comply with applicable laws.
5. Sharing of information
We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
- Service providers we use to operate our business, such as our website hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd.) and our contact-form provider (Formspree, Inc.). These providers process information only on our instructions and under their own privacy policies.
- Where strictly required to perform an engagement, we may need to share specific information (such as a single URL) with operators of third-party platforms in order to submit a removal or correction request. We share only what is strictly necessary, never your name or full case details unless you have agreed.
- Where required by law, including in response to a valid legal request from a competent authority.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers operate outside India. Where personal information is transferred outside the country in which it was collected, we take reasonable steps to ensure that an appropriate level of protection applies, including via standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above. In practice:
- Inquiry information (where no engagement is entered): up to twelve (12) months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Engagement records: up to seven (7) years after completion, in line with applicable tax and audit requirements.
- Communications: deleted in line with our standard email retention practice unless they are part of an engagement record.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information (subject to limited exceptions where we are required or permitted to retain it)
- Ask us to limit how we use your information
- Object to our use of your information
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
- Withdraw any consent you have given (without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out)
- Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@uforeputation.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days, or sooner where required by applicable law.
10. Children
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can remove it.
